Our Team

What We Do
Our practice is concentrated in areas where the complexity of the matter and the stakes involved demand the most senior and experienced attention. We do not practise in every area of law — we practise in the areas where we can make a material difference.
Complex commercial suits, tender disputes, and corporate litigation before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and commercial courts. We represent both plaintiffs and defendants in high-value matters requiring strategic advocacy and technical precision.
Domestic and international arbitration proceedings under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, including applications under Sections 9, 11, 34 and 37. We also advise on mediation and alternate dispute resolution. The firm has significant experience before the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court in arbitral matters.
Representation in serious criminal matters including economic offences, corruption allegations, agency investigations (CBI, ED, SFIO), bail proceedings, trial advocacy, and the quashing of FIRs and criminal proceedings. We have represented clients in matters involving some of India's most prominent investigations.
Representation of financial creditors, operational creditors, resolution professionals, and corporate debtors under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Advisory on Corporate Insolvency Resolution Plans and litigation before the NCLT, NCLAT, and the Supreme Court of India.
Large-scale real estate disputes, landlord-tenant matters, title disputes, and property-related litigation. We advise developers, investors, HNWIs, and institutions on complex property transactions and contentious matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Representation of clients before the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) and against DISCOMs in regulatory disputes, tariff matters, and electricity-related commercial disputes.
Advocacy in constitutional matters, public interest litigation, and cases involving fundamental rights before the Supreme Court. We have been part of counsel teams in landmark constitutional cases touching on privacy, environmental law, and legislative competence.
Specialist advisory for non-resident Indians facing potential litigation in India, issuance of Look Out Circulars (LOCs), or who require representation in Indian proceedings. We also advise on cross-border family law disputes, succession, and inter-familial matters.
Intra- and inter-familial disputes including succession matters, partition suits, matrimonial disputes, and disputes involving joint family property. We aim to resolve such sensitive matters with discretion, speed, and where appropriate, through mediation.
Representation and advisory in tender-related disputes before courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities, including challenges to tender conditions, disqualifications, and procurement decisions through writ proceedings and contractual remedies.
